MARGARET ROBERSON

Senior Vice President & Chief of Staff, Operations

Margaret is Senior Vice President & Chief of Staff, Operations, Corporate Secretary to the Boards of SGC Advisors and SGC Ventures, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Margaret has over 27 years of Operations & Administration experience.

Prior to joining Smith Graham, Margaret served as Executive Administrator and Human Resources Generalist with State Farm Insurance Companies. She continued to increase her skills while serving as Operations Coordinator with Resources Global Professionals and Office Manager with Lumin Expert Group. At Smith Graham, Margaret is responsible for the overall managerial support of the Chief Operating Officer's (COO) office, including participating in planning and directing all its activities; represents the COO's position in meetings and discussions to help drive the decision-making process forward; serves as a senior advisor to the COO and Chief Executive Officer and liaison to executives, senior staff and other stakeholders on key internal matters. In addition to these responsibilities, Margaret manages the Houston and New York office facilities and various other business functions including Human Resources and client billing.

Margaret received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
